Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LustIcons, located at lusticons.com, including its performer profiles, directories, editorial content, browsing features and related services.

The Service is operated by LustIcons (“LustIcons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using LustIcons, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Service.

Adults only

By using LustIcons, you represent that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have reached the age of majority applicable where you live;
• you are legally permitted to access adult-oriented websites; and
• your use of LustIcons does not violate applicable law.

If you do not satisfy these requirements, you must not access or use LustIcons.

Nature of the Service

Publicly available information

Performer profiles and related pages may be compiled from information that is publicly available on the internet.

Sources may include:

• official websites;
• public social media profiles;
• creator platforms;
• cam platforms;
• public interviews;
• published articles;
• public entertainment websites;
• public databases; and
• other publicly accessible sources.

We do not guarantee that every profile, alias, account, biography, date, award, production or other item of information is complete, current or error-free.

No endorsement or affiliation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the inclusion of a performer, company, platform, website, brand or organization on LustIcons does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, representation or affiliation.

LustIcons does not represent or manage performers listed on the site unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Names, trademarks, service marks, logos and other third-party identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

External links

LustIcons contains links to third-party websites and services.

These may include creator platforms, social networks, cam platforms, entertainment websites, official performer sites, subscription services, media websites and other destinations.

When you follow an external link, you leave LustIcons and become subject to the third party’s own terms, privacy practices, age requirements, payment rules and other policies.

LustIcons is not responsible for:

• the availability or operation of an external website;
• the accuracy or legality of third-party content;
• products, services, subscriptions or transactions offered by third parties;
• privacy or data practices of external websites;
• changes to external URLs or accounts;
• malware or security issues originating from third-party services; or
• losses or disputes arising from your use of an external service.

Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Some links on LustIcons may be affiliate or referral links.

If you follow an eligible affiliate link and subsequently register, subscribe, purchase a service or complete another qualifying action, LustIcons may receive a commission or other compensation.

LustIcons may route eligible outbound links through a centralized link-management system before directing visitors to the intended external destination.

Editorial independence

LustIcons may publish performer profiles, editorial articles, informational resources, directories, comparisons and other content.

Commercial relationships do not guarantee favorable coverage, placement, ranking or inclusion.

No guarantee of accuracy or availability

Information relating to performers and third-party services may change without notice.

Accounts may be renamed, suspended, deleted, transferred or made private. Platforms may change URLs, policies, features or availability.

LustIcons does not guarantee:

• that every item of information is accurate, complete or current;
• that a performer remains active;
• that an external account remains available;
• that any external link will continue to work;
• that the Service will operate without interruption;
• that a particular page will be indexed by a search engine; or
• that any page will achieve a particular ranking or traffic level.

Search engines and automated discovery

LustIcons is designed to be discoverable through ordinary search-engine crawling, XML sitemaps, structured data, internal links and supported URL-discovery technologies.

Standard automated access by legitimate search engines and indexing services is permitted when conducted in accordance with applicable technical directives, robots.txt rules and reasonable request rates.

Automated systems must not intentionally overload, disrupt, bypass, damage or interfere with the Service.

Google Search Console

LustIcons may connect to Google Search Console through Google’s authorized OAuth system using read-only access.

The connection may allow LustIcons to retrieve search-performance information relating to lusticons.com, including:

• search queries;
• pages;
• clicks;
• impressions;
• click-through rates; and
• average search positions.

This information is used for internal website analytics, search-performance analysis, maintenance prioritization and technical search-engine optimization.

LustIcons does not use this connection to modify Google Search Console settings.

Google Analytics and measurement technologies

LustIcons may use analytics technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand traffic, usage patterns, technical performance and website usability.

Analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies as described in the LustIcons Privacy Policy.

Newsletter and email communications

LustIcons may offer optional email communications or a newsletter.

If you voluntarily subscribe, the email address you provide may be used to send requested communications, updates or related information.

Promotional emails may include an unsubscribe mechanism.

Intellectual property

Except for third-party material owned by its respective rights holders, the LustIcons website, its original editorial content, software, branding, database organization, layouts and other original materials are owned by or licensed to LustIcons and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access LustIcons for lawful personal informational use.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

• republish substantial portions of the LustIcons database;
• copy the Service to operate a competing directory or database;
• systematically reproduce substantial amounts of LustIcons content for commercial redistribution;
• remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;
• interfere with proprietary components of the Service; or
• misrepresent LustIcons content as your own original publication.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful use that cannot legally be restricted.

Third-party copyright and other rights

Third-party names, trademarks, images, logos, platform identifiers and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

References to third-party material do not transfer ownership of that material to LustIcons.

Prohibited uses

You may not use LustIcons to:

• introduce malicious software or destructive code;
• interfere with the normal operation or security of the Service;
• use automated systems in a manner that imposes unreasonable load;
• impersonate LustIcons or falsely claim affiliation with LustIcons;
• use LustIcons content to unlawfully harass, threaten or target another person; or
• use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

No public user-generated-content service

LustIcons is not currently operated as a public discussion forum, social network, comment platform or open performer-submission service.

Visitors are not currently provided with public commenting, forum posting, profile submission or similar community-publishing functionality.

If these features are introduced later, additional terms or policies may apply.

Service availability and changes

LustIcons may change, suspend, restrict, discontinue, redesign or replace any part of the Service at any time.

Maintenance, security updates, database changes or infrastructure work may temporarily affect availability.

LustIcons is not obligated to maintain any particular page, profile, category, feature, URL structure, external link or integration indefinitely.

Disclaimer of warranties

LustIcons disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.

You use LustIcons and third-party websites linked from it at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LustIcons will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity or business arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service or any third-party website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your use of LustIcons is also subject to the LustIcons Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how LustIcons may collect and use information relating to website visitors, analytics, cookies, email communications, Google Search Console and related services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply as a matter of law.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service shall be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

Severability and no waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A failure by LustIcons to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Changes to these Terms

LustIcons may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, technologies, legal requirements, business practices or third-party integrations.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
