LustIcons is an informational directory built from publicly available information about adult performers and creators.

Even with careful research, information can become outdated, accounts can change, aliases can be misunderstood, links can become incorrect and circumstances can change over time.

This page provides a straightforward way for affected people to ask us to review material appearing on LustIcons.

Types of requests we review

You may contact us about concerns including:

Performer profile requests

Performers and creators may contact LustIcons directly if they have a concern about a profile associated with them.

Depending on the circumstances, a request may result in:

• correcting inaccurate information;
• adding or removing an alias;
• updating platform or social links;
• removing an incorrect account;
• replacing or removing a profile image;
• removing information that should not reasonably be displayed;
• restricting material while an issue is reviewed; or
• removing a profile where appropriate.

Mistaken identity and impersonation

Correct identity matching is especially important to LustIcons.

Performers may use several aliases, usernames and platforms, which means identity mistakes are possible despite careful research.

If we have associated a profile, photograph, username or external account with the wrong person, please contact us and identify:

• the LustIcons profile involved;
• the specific information that is incorrect;
• which account, image or identity does not belong to the person; and
• any information that helps us verify the correction.

Confirmed identity errors may be corrected promptly.

Images and photographs

Performer profiles may use photographs or profile images for identification and directory purposes.

If you are the person depicted, the photographer, the copyright owner or another person with a legitimate concern about an image, you may ask us to review it.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• replace the image with another appropriate public profile image;
• use a LustIcons placeholder image;
• remove the image;
• correct the person to whom the image is attributed; or
• request additional information before taking action.

Privacy and safety concerns

Information may sometimes be public but still create a legitimate issue that deserves closer review.

If information appearing on LustIcons creates a serious privacy, personal-safety or security concern, please explain the issue as clearly as possible.

We may give particular attention to matters involving:

• private contact information;
• precise private-location information;
• credible safety or harassment concerns;
• information wrongly attributed to a person;
• information that appears to expose a private identity improperly; or
• other sensitive circumstances requiring individual review.

Where appropriate, information may be temporarily restricted while we evaluate the request.

Please include as much of the following information as reasonably possible:

1. The exact LustIcons URL containing the material you want us to review.
2. What you want reviewed, such as a photograph, alias, biography, account link, profile or specific statement.
3. Why you believe it should be changed or removed.
4. Your relationship to the matter, for example whether you are the performer, person depicted, representative, photographer, account owner or another affected person.
5. Any supporting information that may help us understand or verify the request.
6. A reliable way to contact you if we need clarification.

How we review requests

Each request may be reviewed according to the circumstances rather than handled through an automatic rule.

We may consider factors such as:

• whether the information is accurate;
• whether the information can still be verified publicly;
• whether the requester appears to be the affected person or an authorized representative;
• whether the material serves a legitimate informational purpose;
• the seriousness of any privacy or safety concern;
• whether a less restrictive correction would resolve the issue;
• whether the request concerns copyright or another legal right; and
• other relevant circumstances.

We may ask for additional information when necessary to avoid changing or removing information based on an impersonated, fraudulent or unclear request.

A request does not automatically guarantee removal

At the same time, we do not believe that every piece of information that can technically be found online necessarily needs to remain on LustIcons forever.

Our objective is to reach a reasonable outcome based on accuracy, relevance, privacy, safety, applicable rights and the informational purpose of the directory.

Possible outcomes include:

• no change;
• a factual correction;
• removal of an incorrect link or alias;
• replacement of a photograph;
• removal of particular information;
• temporary restriction while further review occurs; or
• removal of the profile or page where appropriate.
