LustIcons respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This page explains how copyright owners may report material appearing directly on lusticons.com that they believe infringes their rights.
Last updated: September 24, 2026
The short version
LustIcons is an informational performer directory and knowledge resource. We research publicly available information and may display profile images, editorial material and other information directly on our website.
If you own copyright in material that appears directly on LustIcons and believe its use infringes your rights, you may send us a copyright notice.
If the material is actually hosted on an external website that LustIcons merely links to, the complaint should generally be directed to the operator or hosting provider of that external website.

Respect for copyright
LustIcons respects the intellectual-property rights of photographers, performers, creators, publishers, studios, platforms and other rights holders.
The fact that material can be found publicly on the internet does not necessarily mean that it is free of copyright or may be used without limitation.
If a copyright owner or an authorized representative believes that material appearing directly on LustIcons infringes copyright, we provide a process for reporting that concern.
Material hosted directly by LustIcons
LustIcons primarily publishes informational performer profiles, directory pages and editorial material.
A performer profile may contain material such as:
- a profile photograph or portrait;
- publicly available biographical information;
- stage names and aliases;
- platform and account information;
- editorial descriptions;
- publicly documented appearances or credits; and
- links to independent third-party websites.
If your copyright complaint concerns material that is actually displayed or stored on lusticons.com, please follow the notice procedure below.
Content hosted by third-party websites
A link is not the same thing as hosting the material
LustIcons links to many independent websites and services, including creator platforms, cam platforms, social networks, performer websites, media publications and other external destinations.
The content available after following one of those links is hosted and controlled by the external website, not by LustIcons.
If your complaint concerns a photograph, video or other work that appears only on a third-party website, you should normally contact that website or its hosting provider directly.
LustIcons may nevertheless review whether continuing to link to a particular external destination is appropriate when a sufficiently specific concern is brought to our attention.
How to submit a copyright notice
Copyright notices concerning material appearing directly on LustIcons may be sent by email to:
Copyright Notices
LustIcons
United States
Email: [email protected]
Please use a subject line such as:
DMCA Copyright Notice – [name of work or LustIcons URL]
Providing a complete notice helps us identify and evaluate the material efficiently.
What your notice should contain
A copyright notice should provide sufficient information to identify both the copyrighted work and the material complained of.
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If your notice covers multiple works, you may provide a representative list where appropriate.
- Identification of the material complained of and information reasonably sufficient for LustIcons to locate it. Please provide the exact LustIcons URL whenever possible.
- Your contact information, including sufficient information for us to communicate with you, such as your name and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Sending only a performer name, homepage URL or general statement that “my content is on your site” may not provide enough information to identify the material at issue.
Wherever possible, identify the exact image, text or other material and the precise LustIcons page on which it appears.
What happens after we receive a notice
LustIcons may review a sufficiently detailed copyright notice and take action it considers appropriate in light of the circumstances.
Depending on the matter, this may include:
- identifying the material referenced in the notice;
- reviewing where the material originated;
- temporarily restricting material while a claim is evaluated;
- removing or replacing material;
- requesting additional information from the complaining party;
- contacting another relevant party where appropriate; or
- determining that no action is presently warranted.
Removal of material does not necessarily constitute an admission of infringement or wrongdoing.
Mistakes and counter-notices
Copyright disputes sometimes involve mistakes, misidentification, licenses, authorization, public-domain material or uses permitted by law.
If material associated with you is removed or restricted following a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may contact:
Your communication should clearly identify:
- the material that was removed or restricted;
- the LustIcons URL where it previously appeared;
- why you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification;
- your contact information; and
- any information supporting your authority or right to use the material.
Where a formal counter-notification procedure under applicable copyright law is relevant, additional information or declarations may be required.
False or misleading copyright claims
Copyright notices should be submitted carefully and in good faith.
A copyright complaint should not be used merely because a person dislikes information about them, wants a factual profile removed, disagrees with an editorial description, or wishes to suppress material that they do not own.
Copyright protects copyrightable works. It is not a general mechanism for removing accurate facts, names, links or other material simply because someone prefers that the information not appear.
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in connection with a copyright claim may have legal consequences.
For non-copyright concerns, including privacy, mistaken identity, incorrect profile information, safety concerns or general removal requests, please use our Content Removal & Review Requests process.
Repeat or serious infringement
LustIcons may take appropriate action when it identifies repeated or serious copyright problems involving material under its control.
Because LustIcons does not currently operate a public upload, commenting or user-submission platform, the website does not presently provide ordinary visitors with accounts through which they can upload material.
If that model changes in the future, LustIcons may adopt additional copyright procedures appropriate to the new functionality.
